Brittany Bizub

Second Witch, The Thing, Assistant Stage Manager, Ensemble

Brittany Bizub is so excited to be part of Theatre on Tap’s inaugural show! Working as a stage manager for many theatres in the area, Brittany is usually holding shows together with nerves of steel and duct tape! Recent credits include stage managing for Chagrin Valley Little Theatre and her directoral debut this summer (As You Like It, Geauga Center for the Arts). When not backstage she’s usually in the audience laughing a bit too loud for other patrons. She invites you to sit back and enjoy this spine-tingling performance.

Chris Bizub

Abbot, Newscaster, Ensemble

Chris is thrilled to be performing as part of Theatre on Tap’s inaugural production!  A Wickliffe resident, Chris acts and directs across the northeast Ohio area. Some of his recent acting credits include productions of Romeo & Juliet (Prince Escalus), The Life and Adventures of Nicolas Nickleby (Brooker/Johnny Jackson), and Love’s Labour’s Lost (Longaville) at Ohio Shakespeare Festival; A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Oberon/Theseus), Oliver! (Bill Sykes), and Our Town (The Stage Manager) at French Creek Theatre; The Play That Goes Wrong (Chris) at Chagrin Valley Little Theatre; Cyrano De Bergerac (Cyrano De Bergerac), ASSASSINS (Leon Czolgosz) and The Underpants (Benjamin Cohen) at Western Reserve Playhouse; DISASTER! The Musical (Tony Delvecchio) at Broadview Heights Spotlights Community Theatre; Yipee Ki-Yay Merry Christmas: A Die-Hard Parody Musical (Hans Olo) at Blank Canvas Theatre; Hamlet (King Claudius), Learned Ladies (Crysale) and Julius Caesar (Cassius) at Cleveland Shakespeare Festival; The Shawshank Redemption (Bryan Hadley) at Avenue Arts; Macbeth (King Duncan/The Porter) at Chagrin Arts; and Twelfth Night (Duke Orsino) at Geauga Center for the Arts. Chris would also like to thank his wife Brittany for her constant love and support.

Aidan Bryson

Regetti, John, Ensemble, Musician

Aidan Bryson is delighted to be collaborating with Theatre On Tap. As a dedicated actor from Northeast Ohio, Aidan's past performances include roles such as Norman Waxman and Joe Long in Jersey Boys at Chagrin Valley Little Theatre, Levi in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Beck Center for the Arts, and Conrade in Much Ado About Nothing with the Ohio Shakespeare Festival. Aidan would like to thank his friends, family, and his fiancé Gigi for their support of his pursuit of the arts.

Ashley (she/her) is delighted to be part of this brand new theatrical venture! She has worked on and offstage at various local theatres, including Weathervane Playhouse, the former Coach House Theatre, Western Reserve Playhouse, Ohio Shakespeare Festival, and Stow Players. Thanks for coming out to support real people making real (spooky) art!

Dimitri Georgiadis

Edgar, Ensemble

Dimitri has performed with local theaters in the area including Ohio Shakespeare Festival, Blank Canvas Theatre, Weathervane Playhouse, Magical Theater Company, and Get Away With Murder.  Memorable roles include: Gary/Roger (Noises Off), Sir Andrew Aguecheek (Twelfth Night), Renfield (Dracula), Michael Stamford (Miss Holmes), Hamlet (Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead), Philip Lombard (And Then There Were None), and James Keller (The Miracle Worker). 

Madelyn Hayes

First Witch, Alicia, Musician

Madelyn Hayes is so pumped to be working with this wonderful group of humans! She is a Cleveland native, singer, actor and musician. She has studied jazz and vocal improvisation with Amanda Powell and Sheila Jordan, and continues her vocal journey under the tutelage of Timothy Moon. You may have seen her at Ohio Shakespeare Festival as Regan (King Lear),  The Fairy Godmother (Cinderella), Glinda ( The Wizard of Oz), Magenta (Rocky Horror Picture Show); Mopsa in Head Over Heels at Near West Theater; or in Everything's Okay and Other Helpful Lies as Blazer at Cleveland Public Theater. Madelyn would like to thank her Mom and friends who have been so supportive though everything. Enjoy and Huzzah!

Chrissy Margevicius

Dawn, Musician/Music Director

Chrissy is thrilled to be here with Theatre on Tap with these lovely spooky humans! Most recently, you might have seen her in Ohio Shakespeare Festival’s The Hobbit (Ori, Elf, Rude Sea music direction) or this past summer in Pippin (Fastrada) and Disaster! The Musical (Ensemble, Shirley u/s, Dance Captain) at Blank Canvas Theatre. Chrissy has also performed in various projects with Rubber City Theatre, Talespinner Children’s Theatre, convergence-continuum, The Madison Theatre in New York, Williamstown Theatre Festival, and Missoula Children’s Theatre. Many thanks to Emerson for including her in such a fun spooky event, to her fellow artists, and hubby Mitch!

Kim Simbeck

Paul, Catherine, Ensemble, Musician

Kim (she/they) is excited to join Theatre on Tap’s inaugural performance. You may have seen them most recently on stage in Ohio Shakespeare’s Rocky Horror Show or CInderella, in the booth for various indoor OSF productions, or at the box office during their outdoor season at Stan Hywet. A Cleveland native with a BA from Cleveland State University, Kim has enjoyed performing at many local theatres and great spaces. When not at their home away from home, they can be found practicing their one-voice Broadway show in the car. As always, thanks to Mom, who is with me always.

Emerson Thoenen

Director

Emerson is thrilled to finally get a Theatre on Tap performance up and running! Other notable work includes stage managing for Ohio Shakespeare Festival, performing in Western Reserve Playhouse's Boys in the Band and Avenue Arts' Cry it Out, and directing Avenue Arts' Hello Herman. Emerson's experience in the performing arts industry ranges from playwriting to filmmaking, and a little bit of background acting. He is grateful for all the supportive people in his life, especially his wiffer, Kelsey. Much love and light, friends.

Kelsey Tomlinson

Co-Director, Text Adapter, Second Witch

Kelsey has very much enjoyed exploring a variety of spooky materials and adapting them for the stage. She loves getting creeped out and this show is going to be a scream. A professional costume designer, she designs on a freelance basiss across Northeast Ohio. Recent credits include A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder and King Lear at Ohio Shakespeare Festival, Moon Over Buffalo at Broadview Spotlights, Into the Woods at Laurel Schools, and up next is Shrek at CVLT and Same Time Next Year at Western Reserve Playhouse.
